Classical Ballet- Ages 3 through adults- all levels Pre-Ballet through Beginning Teen and Pre-Professional classes. Ballet is the foundation for all dance styles, as well as excellent training for gymnastics, skating, sports and general flexibility, strength, posture and balance.
At appropriate levels, ballet training also includes pointe, pas de deux, character and variations. A Tiny Toes Ballet & Tumbling class is also offered for young dancers ages 2-3 as an introduction to the magical world of dance.
Modern, Jazz and Musical Theatre/Tap- ages 7 and older- contemporary dance styles to enhance the dancer's training- important for musicals, theater and contemporary dance companies
Hip Hop- age 7 and older , includes a wide range of styles evolved from street dance styles as part of the hip hop culture
Conditioning For Dancers--a combination of Pilates, aerobics and strength-building exercises essential for dancers and other athletes
